- Perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., are not eligible for return. However, a refund or replacement will be considered if the customer can demonstrate that the product's quality was substandard.
- In the case of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. After verifying the claim, a replacement or refund will be initiated as appropriate.
- If you believe that the product delivered is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review the concern and decide the next steps.

Defective or Damaged Items
- For damaged or defective products, a report must be made to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The merchant will verify the claim, and if confirmed, a return or refund will be processed accordingly.

Products with Manufacturer Warranties
- For items covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to address any issues. AyuMaya Pharmaceuticals will not process returns for such products.
